Terms of use and sale

These terms govern access to and use of the DELF B2 practice platform ("the Service"). By creating an account, you accept them.

The Service provides practice content, mock exams and study tools. It is independent preparation, not affiliated with France Education international or any official centre. Passing the exam is not guaranteed.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity on your account. One account per person.

The Free plan gives access to test no. 1 of each skill and to the practice content, with no payment method. Paid plans are one-time passes, not subscriptions: 1-month pass at $19.99 incl. VAT (full access for 1 month, 30 correction credits) and 2-month pass at $29.99 incl. VAT (full access for 2 months, 120 correction credits). The price shown at the time of purchase applies.

Access starts on payment and ends automatically on the date shown in your account. There is no automatic renewal and no further charge. When the pass ends, the account goes back to the Free plan and your results are kept. A pass bought while another is active extends your access: it starts when the current pass ends.

Credits, added to your balance with each purchase, pay for the automatic correction of your writing (1 essay = 3 credits). The result is an indicative estimate based on the DELF B2 grid — not an official mark, nor a correction by a tutor or examiner. Credits have no monetary value.

In accordance with applicable law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from purchase, unless you expressly asked for immediate access to the digital content and waived that right at checkout. To exercise it, write to [email protected].

Content (texts, questions, illustrations, mascot) is protected. Reproduction without permission is prohibited. Your work remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to process it for correction and progress tracking.

Sharing your account, bulk-extracting content or disrupting the Service is prohibited.

The Service is provided "as is". We cannot be held liable for exam results or for technical interruptions beyond our control.

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms.
