Pricing questions
Is this a subscription?
No. Each pass is paid once (1-month pass $19.99 or 2-month pass $29.99). There is no automatic renewal and no further charge — there is nothing to cancel.
What happens when my pass ends?
Full access stops automatically on the end date shown in your account. Your account goes back to the Free plan: you keep test no. 1 of each skill and the practice content, and all your results are kept.
Can I extend my access?
Yes. Buy a new pass, even while yours is still active: it starts when the current pass ends, so you don't lose a day. The new pass's credits are added to your balance.
What are correction credits for?
They pay for the automatic correction of your writing against the DELF B2 grid: 1 essay = 3 credits. The result is an indicative estimate, not an official mark. We do not offer corrections by a tutor or any human marker.
Do I need a card for the Free plan?
No. The Free plan needs no payment method and has no time limit.
Is the DELF B2 exam fee included?
No. Exam registration fees are paid to the exam centre (Institut français, Alliance Française…) and vary by country. Our passes cover preparation only.
Can I change my mind after buying?
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal after purchase, unless you expressly asked for immediate access to the content and waived that right at checkout. Details are in our terms of sale.
